How long does it take to receive my designs?

On average, most requests are completed within just three days, 72 hours. However, more complex requests may take longer.

Is there a limit to the number of requests I can make??

You can add as many design requests as you want to your queue, and they will be delivered one by one in the order they were added, in the time required according to their complexity and in the sequence according to their positioning alongside other client requests in the work pipeline.

How do we handle larger requests?

Larger requests are split up. This applies to complex designs like websites, mobile apps, or motion design, or large-scale projects like sound effects for a game, or UI/UX work, etc. You should expect to receive a reasonable amount of work every 72 hours or so until the entire request is completed.

And how will I request the designs?

We offer a lot of flexibility in how you request designs. Some common ways clients request designs are directly through Trello Kanban, sharing Google Docs or Google Drive, or even recording a short video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs).
